Robin Noland Payne, 68, of Seminole, Florida passed away Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 30, 1954 to Robert & Louise (Boyle) Noland and was a retired secretary. She is survived by her son, Noland Payne and sister, Debbie Noland.
