Regina Claire King (Cullity), passed away peacefully on August 30, 2024, at the age of 88 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Charlestown, Massachusetts and moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in the early 1960’s. After raising her family, she embarked upon a career in public service with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department, city of St. Petersburg, and retired as a dietitian with the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center located in Bay Pines, Florida.
She was always the hearth of the home, even in places she was just visiting. She loved cooking and baking- making sure her loved ones were always fed and happy. Spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren was one of her favorite things to do. A devout Catholic, family and church were the foundations of her life. She was a passionate fan of the Boston Red Sox, Celtics and New England Patriots. Her also enjoyed music, dancing, playing Bingo, and writing her autobiography. You could also always count on a history lesson from her childhood as a proud Irish catholic and growing up in Boston with her siblings.
Above all things, her love for her family knew no bounds and that love was reciprocated ten-fold for her.
She is survived by sons Bobby, Chris, Stephen; daughter Susan Jarvis; grandchildren Ryan, Renee, Kyle, Ashley, Tristan; great grandchildren Claire, Liam and Lorena.
Predeceased is her son David King.
She will be sorely missed by her in-laws Charlie Jarvis, Andrew Rodiek, Lynn McMillan King, Particia Jarvis and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
