Dear Dad thanks for being a source of strength and thanks for all you taught me from going fishing to working on that darn Rambler you taught me patience even if you wanted to ring my neck when I couldn’t turn that flywheel enough when we were putting it back together you were larger than life to me when we worked on cars and went fast in that Chevy Truck I may have be your bonus daughter only for a short while but you were a big part of my life!! I will LOVE YOU forever!

Dear Dad, thanks for believing in me and for showing me that even when I can’t be strong, I can have strength. Thanks for reminding me that stuff in life and making a lot of money is different than living a rich life, thanks for teaching me to be more and to care more and take less but dare to dream and never confuse kindness, thanks for reminding me that going slowly sometimes is a good way to pick up speed and a great fisherman is someone who catches himself just in time and without faith we don’t have a prayer. Dad I know I’ll run out of words before I run out of things to say, thanks for so much I just wanted you to know that I’m proud of you and I love you and your love that made all the difference in my life. I know I was only Your Bonus Daughter for a short while but you were more of a dad than I could have ever dreamed of!!! Love you forever!!! Ceil.
