Penelope “Penny” Lynn Meditz 75 passed away on December 14th 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Penny was born December 7, 1947 in Galveston, TX to the late Juanita and George Neville. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Anita “Kathy” Driggers. Penny is survived by her loving husband Charles Meditz, her sister Bonnie Elliott, her son Chris Estes (Holly), daughter-in-law Pauline Ross (Jimmy), Granddaughters Morgan Cedillo (Manny) and Madison Ross, a Great Grandson Liam Cedillo, Nephews Neville Driggers (Robin) and Jed Driggers and Nieces Tracy Grady (Richard) and Emilie Elliott as well as several grand nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. Instead, a celebration of Penny’s life will be held at a later date.
