John Joseph Triba, Jr., 88, of Largo, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 18th, 2024, with his beloved wife, Sandi, by his side at Suncoast Hospice Care Center in Pinellas Park, FL.
In his early years, John worked as a technician in the Aerospace Industry in Connecticut. He retired from JCPenney Company where he worked in both Enfield, CT and Holyoke, MA for many years as a stockroom manager.
During retirement, he and Sandi enjoyed many years of traveling and camping with their 5th wheel where they met many lifelong friends before settling down in the Sugar Creek community of Largo, Fl.
John was born in Webster, MA to the late John Joseph Triba, Sr. and Catherine (Brew) Triba. He is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Sandra (Spusta) Triba, his three sons, John Triba, Jeffrey Triba and Jimmy Triba. Two brothers, David Triba (Carole), James Triba, a sister-in-law, Barbara Triba, stepdaughter, Lisa Guertin and her husband Shawn, ten grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his son, Christopher Triba, a brother, Thomas Triba, stepdaughter, Holly (Irish) Southwick-Gregoire and stepson, Robert W. Irish.
John will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
