Hal Ray Riddle, 91, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023. He was born May 30, 1931, in Moncure, North Carolina to James and Ruth (Woodell) Riddle, moving to Miami, Florida in 1947, where he graduated from Jackson High School. Hal wed Carolyn Ann Dickens in 1954 and they lived in Hialeah, Florida where they raised their two children. Carolyn passed away in 1970. Hal Ray Riddle is survived by his two children from this marriage, Ronald Riddle of St Petersburg, and Denise Pacelli, who is married to Jim Pacelli of St Augustine and his grandchildren, Jennifer Pacelli of St Augustine and Nicholas Pacelli of Tampa. Hal married Dolores “Dee” Skeens in 1980 and they remained married until she passed in 2008. He is survived by Robert and Anne Skeens of Fernandina Beach. A private memorial will take place to honor his life.
