Gilbert Eugene Bishop

Gilbert Eugene Bishop 74 of St. Petersburg, Florida. Entered heaven on August 23, 2023. He was born November 25, 1948, to Laura Louise Bishop and Ralph Happ Rich.  He was a Sergeant in the United States Airforce, during the Vietnam War.  After the war he was a manager at Scotty’s Lumber Yard for many years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and helping those in need.

He is survived by his daughter Irene Zowi Bishop, son Peter Eugene Bishop, sister Judith Ann Hogg and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased in death by his wife Zacharenina Carol Bishop, great great niece Sabrina Marie Devine, parents Laura Louise Bishop and Ralph Happ Rich.
