Cheryl Ann Collins, 76, of St Petersburg Florida, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14, 2025. Born on February 22, 1949, Cheryl brought sunshine and warmth into the lives of everyone she met. She was strong in her faith, loved the Lord.

A passionate game show enthusiast, she could often be found in her favorite armchair, cheering on contestants in “Jeopardy!” and “Wheel of Fortune,” as well as enjoying countless hours of programming from the Game Show Network. Her sharp wit and vast knowledge of trivia made her not only a formidable opponent during family game nights, but also a cherished friend.

With a heart full of love, Cheryl left an indelible impact on her family. She was a devoted wife, married to her lifetime companion Davis McCoy Collins (preceded her in death).

She was also the proud mother of four daughters—Pennie (Tom Dineen) and Crystal Collins Isenberg, along with her other daughters Apryl Michelle Purvis and Connie Eilleen Farrell  (proceeding her in death)—she devoted her life to nurturing and supporting them in every way possible.
