November 14, 1962~June 26, 2023

Brian Curtis Wilson, 60, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2023 with his wife, his brother Christopher, his basset hounds Wall-E & Koda and his Suncoast Hospice CNA Keisha by his side after a long battle with cancer. Brian was able to spend his final days with friends and family. 

He was a retired HVAC Installer/Mechanic with Cox Heating and Air Conditioning and worked most of his career with Martin Moskowitz. He was a True Floridian born and raised. A Southern Gentlemen to the core and loving and faithful husband.

He was preceded in death by his Son, Brian Christopher (1999), his father Dennis Francis Wilson, his grandparents and aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his daughter, Sarah; mother, Sue Ann; sister, Candiss; brother, Christopher; aunt Lorna, aunt Barbara; In-Laws Raymond and Patricia Karn, Carolyn Karn, Linda Kelly, Sean Kelly, and several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews whom he loved dearly. He was an avid NASCAR and Georgia Bulldog fan. He enjoyed reading anything especially History, Comics, Graphic novels, and MAD Magazine.

The family would like to Thank Dr. Sean Heron, MD, Dr. Nicolas Zouain, MD, Dr. Ali Naboush, MD, Dr. Talat Almukhtar, MD, Jasmine Smith APRN, the office staff of Advanced Urology and Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation for the caring and support through his treatment and Suncoast Hospice for making it possible for him to be home in his final days.

A very special thank you to Carolyn, Jonathan and Ania for the love and support to me in his final days.

A celebration of life will be announced later.

Brian I am so blessed to have met a man like you, you have truly made an impact on my life and I am so proud to say that I was able to be apart of your beautiful journey. Brian you have left me with a forever friend in your beautiful wife Kathleen & may he rest in peace❤️
