Anthony Richard Del Grosso

Anthony “Tony” Richard Del Grosso, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away suddenly on August 19, 2024, in Pinellas Park, FL. Born on June 12, 1958, in Homestead, PA, Tony was a cherished member of his family and community, known for his kind heart, bold spirit, love for the water and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tony was a dedicated multi-skilled mechanic and technician, whose expertise earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients. His passion for his work was evident in the care and precision he brought to every task, and he took great pride in his ability to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.

Tony was married to his loving wife, Lisa Del Grosso, who was by his side through all of life’s journeys. Together, they shared a deep bond and a beautiful life. Tony was a proud father to his daughter, Linsey Jean Del Grosso Adams, and her wife, Missy. He was also devoted to his son, Jason Rhodes, his wife, Andrea, and his grandchildren, Abigail and Jason Jr., who brought immense joy to his life.

Tony was the son of Betty Goebel, who provided him with a foundation of love throughout his life. He is also survived by his brother, Rocco Del Grosso, and his sister, Barbara Diekmann, along with their spouses.

Tony’s memory will be celebrated by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his selfless heart, his dedication to his family, and his ability to bring smiles and laughter to those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Imperial Point Club House, 14950 Sovereign Dr., Largo, FL 33774.
