Ronald David Hall, Sr (Ron), 5/28/1944, died peacefully in his sleep at home on January 4, 2021 after a long illness.
Ron was proud to have served his country in the Army Reserves-Special Forces. He worked for Howmedica as a medical salesman, sales manager, and regional manager for 30 years. He was an elder, Sunday school teacher and usher at First Presbyterian Church in St. Pete.
He loved his church and his Lord.
Ron grew up in West Springfield, MA. and is preceded in death by his mother, Mae Stancliff Hall, his father, Harold Hall, and his brother, David Hall.
Ron’s passion was soccer. He coached at Florida State University, Baylor University, and Flagler College where he was also Athletic Director and teacher. He shared his passion with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nadine Warren Hall, son Ronald D. (Chip) Hall, Jr (Karey), daughter Courtney Hall (Daniel Harvey), and grandchildren Ronald D. (Trey) Hall, III and Kirby Hall. Also, two sisters, Joyce and Joanne. Ron was the “Ultimate Optimist” and he will be greatly missed by all.
