On Saturday April 18, 2020 @ 5:12 pm my mom lost her battle with cancer. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 years ago back in Texas. She fought and went into remission up until last year. She fought hard and she was tough. Mom didn’t show us any signs of the struggle she was going through. She loved us unconditionally and didn’t burden us with her pain. She did not let the cancer overtake her life. She was involved in her church and in her neighborhood. She loved to cook for family and friends. As a child I remember her throwing get together for family and friends, we, always seemed to be the “hosts of the ball.” She will be missed.
Due to the current public health situation, a private family memorial mass will be held on Friday April 24, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She will be interned at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church in Doylestown PA. where we will have another ceremony to inter.
Instead of flowers we are asking that you make a donation to The National Shrine of St. Jude (www.shrineofstjude.org) or The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa (https://czestochowa.us/) or Cancer Research.
