Dolores McMahon, 88, of Pinellas Park, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2021 at the Hospice Care Center in Pinellas Park. Dolores was born in Manhattan, New York on August 18, 1932. She married the love of her life, William (Bill), on August 10, 1957. They had two children while living in Queens, New York and eventually moved out to Long Island. The family moved to Pinellas Park in 1973.
Dolores dedicated most of her life to raising her two children. Prior to that she worked for several years in NYC at Forbes magazine. While in Pinellas Park, she worked part-time, on and off at Molex, an electronics company.
She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Bill. She is survived by her son William (Bill) McMahon, Jr. and wife Michelle, of Pinellas Park, and daughter Kathleen (Kathy) Dwyer and husband Brian, of Riverview, Florida.
Dolores was a quiet woman with a sweet soul. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
A Visitation Service will be held at Taylor Funeral Home on Sunday, May 30, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Calvary Catholic Cemetery on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 surrounded by close family.
